Tent Pitches with optional electric

Tent Pitch descriptions as following:

• 5-6 man - A maximum of 6 people. Pitching of one Tent, Parking for one car.
• 3-4 man - A maximum of 4 people. Pitching of one Tent, Parking for one car.
• 2 man - A maximum of 2 people. Pitching of one Tent, Parking for one car.
• 1 man - A maximum of 1 person. Pitching of one Tent, Parking for one car.

All have full use of our Games Room & Toilet & Shower Block. Electric is available at an additional cost.

Important Information

• All Bank Holidays - minimum stay 3 nights.
• Breathable groundsheets only in Awnings
• Arrival: STRICTLY AFTER 1.00pm (unless early arrival is booked in advance). You will not be booked in until 1pm.
• Depart: Before 12 noon (unless late stay is booked, if available. this can only be booked on arrival).
• Please note that advance booking is essential for all: Bank Holidays, Summer Holidays, Weekends & Half Terms.
• Please keep the noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and before 8am
• Strictly no Camp Fire, Chimney’s Fire Pits or Fire Baskets are allowed
• Please note we do our best to allocate your requested pitch, but it is not always possible to do this. Please understand this when booking.

REFUND POLICIES 2025

7th March to 31st October and 19th December until 6th January.

• A £20.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit: is required for all bookings for each pitch.
• Balance Payment: 14 days prior to your arrival date you will receive an email requesting you to pay your outstanding balance, If you can no longer make the dates you have booked, and you let us know within 14 days of your arrival, the £20 deposit can be transferred onto a future date within the same season 2025, but not refunded. If you need to move your booking and the correct notice has been given, you will be given 4 weeks to change the date of your booking from date of notification. After which the booking becomes void. You can only change the date once and this must be done via speaking to reception only.
• Cancellations: If you cancel your booking but do not give 14 days notice and your balance has already been paid, you will forfeit your payment. The £20 deposit for each pitch is non-refundable and non-transferable at this point.
• 14 days prior to your arrival when you have paid your balance, if you wish to depart earlier than the dates you have booked, we will not refund any days at this point, This also applies if you decide to depart earlier than expected once you have arrived.

Winter Policy 1st November – 18th December inclusive

Due to the weather at this time of year being unpredictable please note the new policy for the above time period.

• Balance Payment: 72 hours prior to your arrival date you will receive an email requesting you to pay your outstanding balance, If you can no longer make the dates you have booked, and you let us know within 72 hours of your arrival, the £20 deposit can be transferred onto a future date within the same season up until 5th Jan 2026, after which point the payment is non-refundable and the booking becomes void. If you need to move your booking and the correct notice has been given, you must rebook before the 5th Jan 2026. You can only change the date once and this must be done via speaking to reception only.
